[Sca-cooks] menu planning for dietary restrictions

They were actually beautiful, fresh chicken cutlets, individually 
wrapped.  What a waste of plastic.

Anyway, with less oil, it would have focused more on the flavor of the 
wine, chicken and onion.  As it was, it wasn't bad.  We do great feasts 
in Hartshorndale. :)
