Feast is entertaining. So is Charlemagne's Tablecloth by Fletcher.
Eat, Drink, & Be Merry by Ivan Day is another. Also Apples of Gold in 
Settings
of Silver by Young. They all offer bibliographies. Take their sources
and go from there.
