[Sca-cooks] marshmallow recipe

I can't find it now, but somewhere in one of my Mennonite cookbooks is a 
marshmallow recipe (the Amish and Mennonites are infamous for having a 
sweet tooth...), and IIRC it was largely corn syrup and egg whites. (No 
chicks, bunnies, ghosts, etc, are harmed in the process. :-)
