[Sca-cooks] sugar problems

*chuckle*  Well, if someone's looking to pick a fight, claiming they 
were called a liar is as good as any other I suppose.  Toss in a 
toothless challenge from a husband and it's redneck time at the ol' 
saloon. :)

I'm looking for facts & the fair exchange of ideas, not tales full of 
meaningless claims or irrelevant exceptions.  I don't accept the idea 
that someone could go a month without food and not lose weight or that 
stopping smoking (alone) would 'cause' someone to pack on 100 lbs or 
that a 1% body fat pro athlete is obese or that aliens are 
forcing-feeding them at night to keep them fat or whatever.  Those sorts 
of claims may be good for the National Enquirer, but I'm allowed to 
reject that sort of thing.

Anyway, the discussion has had a lot of interesting exchanges of 
information and it's encouraged me to work toward more healthy feasts 
and recipe redaction.  Maybe others have learned something, too.
