[Sca-cooks] vacuum food sealers

Hopping out of lurk mode here....

Several months back there was a discussion on this list about vacuum 
food sealers.

I considering purchasing one, and I'd like input from you guys. Input 
not just about the machine itself and how it works, but also 
availability and cost of refills, and how the bags work for feast 
conditions.

Any info would be helpful.
