[Sca-cooks] sugar problem

Soda is an obvious culprit, but juice is just as bad, calorie wise. A 
serving of juice is 4 ounces, and used to be primarily for breakfast or as a 
cocktail.

I am sure that one of the reasons I lost so much weight on weight watchers 
was that I was substituting water for most other liquids.
