[Sca-cooks] Which Kitchenaid?

Short answer-- I have had mine for 20 years. It was the largest home 
model that they made
at the time. 5 quart bowl. Never any problems.

Get an extra bowl is my advice. If you are doing two step mixes where 
you need
to whip egg whites in one bowl, then you'll have another bowl for the 
batter.
