LOL My dear friend you simply smile and enjoy the fact that this 
man/chef has found a great niche in life that benefits others as well.  
His water glass is definitely full.
Felt like a very positive thing and I wish we could see it down here.  
Not going to stop my job to do it mind you but I admire the decisions 
and choices he made.
