What a GREAT way to start the New Year! Congratulations, Stefan. And, as
Dell appears to have a corner on the market, at least with large companies
(like Oracle, where Phillip works), this should be fairly secure in an
industry where job security is virtually non-existent. I'm so VERY HAPPY
for you.

Dell is about six miles from me, mostly up the new toll road, so

That is also good news...the gig I am doing at AOL for my company is about 2
hours away, not during rush hour. Fortunately, they do pay for me to stay
in a hotel near the job site.

I also interviewed this morning with a small startup company only

I work for a very small company and, to be honest, as great as the job is
and as much as I enjoy the folks I work with, I constantly worry about them
having to lay me off. This is the big reason I agreed to the assignment at
AOL.

My arm has been aching today, but that should get better as time passes.

I certainly hope so...you've had quite a bad time with that.

So, things are looking up this holiday season. Thanks again for

Good luck on your new job...my thoughts are with you, dear friend!
