I agree.  I don't mind sending you recipes, but need to know several things
about what you're doing.  Firstly, do you want period recipes or modern
ones?  Secondly, what do you mean, personal cook book...are you planning to
publish it?  This is necessary because some of the recipes might be
copyrighted.  Finally, if you do publish, will you be giving credit to those
who have supplied recipes...and will the money raised by the sale be used to
help a non-profit organization?
