Good point there as Edward IV absolutely loved wafers. Unfortunately 
Florilegium's message "pancakes-msg — 11/20/04" only cites one 17th C 
Dutch painting showing wafer irons. So what happened to Ned's? Don't 
think I ever saw them in the Albert & Victoria but shall take a gander 
at the catalog when I go home for Christmas.
