Too many events, too few days in the year!  The Leeds Food History Symposium will be on 21 April in York, England, and I am planning on staying on in the UK for another of Ivan Day's classes (The English Cookery Book) on 28 April.  

For anyone with money and time... the Christ Church (Oxford) Special Interest Weekend will be March 30-April 1 on desserts and sweets with a Regency banquet to be held on Saturday (in the hall that was used as a model for Hogwarts' dining hall).  Details are at
