Someone gave me these two recipes.
Broccoli with Orange Sauce

1 1/2 pound of broccoli, cut into serving sized spears
Two 3 oz pkgs of cream cheese
1/4 cp of milk
1/2 tsp of salt
1/2 tsp of grated orange peel
1/4 tsp of thyme leaves
1/4 cp of orange juice
3-4 tbs of chopped walnuts

In large saucepan, cook broccoli in boiling salted water until crisp-tender,
10- 12 minutes; drain well. (or can be steamed) Place broccoli in serving
dish; keep warm. In small saucepan combine cream cheese, milk, salt, orange
peel, and thyme. Cook over medium heat until smooth, stirring occasionally.
Add orange juice; blend well. Pour orange sauce over broccoli; sprinkle with
walnuts. Garnish with orange slices, if desired.

Broccoli with Orange Sauce

1 lb of fresh broccoli cut into spears
2 tbs of butter
1 tbs of cornstarch
1 cp of fresh orange juice, divided
1 tbs of minced parsley
1 tsp of freshly grated orange peel
1/2 tsp of dried thyme
1/2 tsp of dry mustard
1/8 tsp of lemon pepper
Unsalted chopped cashews, optional

Steam broccoli until just tender and place in warmed serving dish. In small
saucepan melt butter over moderate heat. Blend in cornstarch and 1/2 cup
orange juice, stirring until smooth. Mix in remaining 1/2 cup orange juice,
parsley, orange peel, thyme, mustard and lemon pepper. Cook over moderate
heat, stirring frequently, until mixture thickens. Pour over broccoli and
sprinkle with nuts, if desired.

Also,
Broccoli, leek rings and walnuts (or pecans) with herb butter sauce.
Sorry to here about no red peppers. I know of someone for a Valentines
dinner took a small heart shaped pastry cutter and cut out hearts of the red
peppers and placed them in a salad.
