While it may just be slow, looking at the message headers shows a 6 to 12 
hour delay between message arrival at the Ansteorran server and its delivery 
at my ATT mailserver.  The messages from the cook's list arrive at my 
mailserver in a batch, but their arrival at the Ansteorran server is 
scattered out over the delay period.  This suggests that the Ansteorran 
server is relaying outbound mail on a conditional basis, probably a timer 
pop.
