OED-- An alphabetical arrangement of the principal words contained in a
book, with citations of the passages in which they occur.

Parallel passages may properly be a concordantia.

There are verbal concordances as distinguished from real concordances
which are an index of subjects or topics.
This is the latter, dealing as it does with recipes in printed texts or
articles.
