Devra, check out New York Cake Baking Supplies (or whatever its name
is) on 22nd St off Sixth Ave. Surely someone can get there - if I have
a chance I'll look in, gives me an excuse. *G*  I'd be very surprised
if they don't have almond paste for a reasonable price (whatever that
may be - I've never priced it.)  In general their prices are
decent,and they do sell bulk.

Maybe now that life is calming down I'll be able to get down to one of
your A&S Evenings...
