[Sca-cooks] Bread machine revisited

I guess I will just have to play with it.  I know how to do it by hand,
but my hands don't work anymore.  so I have to use the machine as much as
possible.

  I use mine all the time, but never noticed the time! It includes the
  first
  kneading, one rising and a second kneading, at which time you take
  the dough
  out to shape it and bake it in a conventional oven. Hope this helps!
