I just got called from the guy that was my contact who said the owner of
the house absolutely insisted they go with one of the chefs that works
on Alton's crew, so they were canceling.  
Pooey.  And here I just bought 2 pounds of ground pecans to experiment
with my flourless pecan cake with Georgia peanut butter and muscadine
jelly filling.  Glad I didn't order the specialty organic Georgia goat's
milk cheeses yet.  :-(
