I'm not wanting to start another religious discussion, but if you  
mean the original recipe, while that is usually meant to be Digby's  
Savory Tosted Cheese, there are other similar ones in period texts.

If you mean a single redaction, then no, there are quite a number of  
them floating around and many of them are reasonable interpretations  
of the Digby recipe. You can find quite a variety of different ones,  
even in this single file:

Last year my barony even had a contest of different redactions of  
just Digby's recipe and many of the entries were quite different from  
each other, and many were quite different from Master Cariadoc's  
redaction.
