BBC History Magazine for June 2006 has a couple of
articles on food history.
There is a new BBC 4 program on the 18th century that
features Clarissa Dickson Wright talking about Hannah Glasse.
That is written up on page 63.
Then starting on page 77, the Living History section is paying attention
to food and drink sites around the country.
The magazine is imported to the US and can be found in some Borders
and B&N stores in the history magazine sections. It lags behind about a
month so the June issue is just out over here.
