[Sca-cooks] remove vs course

Actually, I find "Merchant's Row" quite acceptable, as it is a street (of 
merchants) in the mercantile district of Scarborough which was active at 
least as early as Elizabethean times and probably earlier.  The name has 
been transferred to other mercantile districts, particularly in the Eastern 
states.
