The really famous book is
Beautiful Swimmers : Watermen, Crabs and the Chesapeake Bay
by Warner.
There are a number of Maryland crab cookbooks. Almost all
of mine are packed away. I really liked the one series that was
done in three illustrated volumes back in the 1980's.
