In an industry with a notoriously low profit margin, inadequately- 
trained and underpaid workers (often illegal aliens), and,  
frequently, no health benefits, plus a physically dangerous  
environment specifically designed for the denaturing of proteins, I  
can't possibly imagine how that could be... ;-).
