Just boiled and served with melted butter and lemons. It's sit at 
picnic tables and go get your food yourself buffet style of dining. 
They also serve a caribou or venison stew and some kind of moose 
sausage iirc, and probably salad and rolls and some simple dessert, 
but I never got beyond the crab.
