Greetings from Solveig! Why not just six lanterns or even tiki torches?
Depending upon the fuel and wick, a tiki torch should be able to be
made to work. However, there are lots of historical lantern and lamp
designs out there. In principle, you are supposed to make use of
shabbat lights unlike the lights of Chanukah which you are not even
really supposed to look at. Whatever you folks are lighting should
ideally illuminate wherever you are dining. Regardless, I think that
you can even find a minyan if you look around a bit.
