Well, I am signing off for a couple weeks.
Off to the Leeds Symposium on Food History and Traditions
and then to Ivan Day's for a course at his house and then off to
Canterbury and various places in the southeast.
A number of us are going so you'll hear lots about the trips
when we get back, I'm sure.
