[Sca-cooks] Ancient olive oil use

It occurs to me that this might have been an application for the olive oil
lees, rather than the pure oil. Why waste oil if the by-products will work?
Cato (referenced in Pliny) provides a number of uses for the processed lees
including axle grease and lee steeped wood for smokeless fires.
