I use the Hormel website--www.hormel.com.

They have charts for everything, like Ingredient Equivalents, Can Equivalents,
food and alcohol Substitutions, etc.

It's under the Knowledge heading
(http://www.hormel.com/templates/knowledge/knowledge.asp?catitemid=109&id=147)

BTW:
Chicken, bone-in 3 lbs. ---2 1/2 to 3 cups cooked, diced
Chicken, boneless 1 lb. ---3 cups cooked, diced

Beans, kidney, dried 1 lb. uncooked ---2 to 2 1/2 cups uncooked,
5 to 6 cups cooked
Beans, lima, dried 1 lb. uncooked ---2 cups uncooked, 5 cups cooked

This is the most helpful site I have ever found for cooking and menu planning.
