To Serve A Knight

Sear lightly
Remove the hard outer shell and retain large pieces for serving platter
Discard the odorous inner gambeson (Said to be poisonous)
Dismember into bite-size portions, being careful not to kill the beast
and leaving the unused head intact. (Searing the joints helps here.)
Roast 3 minutes per pound or until screaming ceases
Garnish with chopped Dwarf and pony meatballs, herbs/spices optional
Glaze with honey glaze (See Beornings, Page 57)
Arrange on shell pieces
