Has it occured to you that people are helping as much as they're able? And
that they certainly don't need snide references to people of rank to
"encourage" them? This is a cooks' list after all, and not some sort of
online encyclopedia.
I, for one (as a sample "person of rank") don't know anything at all about
your questions, so I haven't responded, not wanting to clutter up the list
with "I dunno" posts.
I wish you luck with your menu--it sounds like an interesting concept.
Mst. Maire NiNuanain, OL, OP, etc., etc, etc.....
