hey all from Anne-Marie

I had it from a BoD member and our kingdom seneschal that there is no official 40th
year celebration this year. Yes, some branches in AnTir are having an event called
40th Year and it looks like it will be fun, but its not THE 40th year. The West is
having their 40th year beltane. are other kingdoms have their own 40th year
celebrations?

for it to be official, it would have had to have had board sanction, etc. This
event does not. This event was the brain child of the Crown and some locals at the
time, was announced in July of 2005 and some locals and is being hosted by an
AnTirian barony with some help of other branches.

hope this helps clear it up? again, should be a fun event, even if its not using a
capital "THE" in its name ;)

--AM, who ran the collegium at 30th year :)
