thank you for the education.  I really am allergic, break out and all that good stuff.  But my family says that I make "mean" hot sauce.  I can tell if it is hot enough just by the smell.  Now you take avocados and guacamole....avocados I just plain don't like the taste of them (greasy, green rancid oil to me) but again, family says I make a really good guacamole. Before I forget, I always wear gloves while preparing both dishes.
