cheese with the fruit and nuts?

(Lyse) something other than the pureed parsley. Nice touch with the apple
pie. Though one desires to kick it up a notch, perhaps adding a few currents
to it?

If both chicken and beef can be roasted over a fire, that should free up the
oven.
