someone who seriously didn't mind the taste of 
burned/scorched and didn't want to be bothered to scrape 
off the burnt bits cuz it didn't phase the cook.  i nipped 
and tucked as much as i could off the head table plates 
that i was decorating, but that didn't fix the whole 
course...
