[Sca-cooks] Bad Cooking at Feasts - was Re: good taste

my 2 favorite are: 
    1) undercooked chicken (usually whole birds dumped on the table)
    2) parboiled chicken with oranges dumped over it. (usually due to lack of salt)

No particular feast, just general grumpyness.
