[Sca-cooks] Dutch Oven Baking

Barley Bread Instructions: 

> Lightly rub the sides and bottom of a 4 to 5-quart Dutch oven with 
> canola oil and set aside.

Should you preheat the Dutch oven so that there isn't time lost in heating 
that mass of metal before the contents start to heat?
