Does that mean that no one knew how things were so confused for you last
year, or no one is giving you information for this year?

Remember that the event is hosted by alternating Kingdoms, with a changing
staff each time (although there's been more and more folks who are willing
to come back and do the same thing each year) so chances are whoever you
dealt with last year may not be the person you are dealing with this year -
and they may not even have a report from last year to consult.

This year's Disability Coordinator chatted with me about her supplies and
plans just a few days ago. She seemed very organised for her part - what she
is now waiting on is information about how many spots will be set aside and
where, exactly, they will be located. THAT is something she has absolutely
no control over.
