I love my silpat sheet liners, that's for sure. had a bit of sticker shock, but I'm
very hopeful that I'll never waste a jar of homemade quince jam making tarts that
wouldnt come out of the pan (quince jam being right up there with acrylimide
fixative when you over bake them...)
