[Sca-cooks] Diabetes and Honey - substitute or not?

    Loking at the other responses,  I shan't repeat their suggestions but I 
did notice that it's from a magazine that should have listed the serving 
size & nutrional components.  For me, my {diabetic}diet is defined by
 6 - 8 carb servings per day.  A carb serving is 15 mg.  How does this 
recipe fit?
