[Sca-cooks] Soup at feasts

We don't tend to serve soups with feast simply because we almost always  have 
at least one (and most of the time, two..one vegetarian) at lunch.   And 
lunch is served buffet style with someone just ladling out the soup into the  
bowl, cup, whatever that is presented at the soup pot. Then again, we don't  
usually serve over 100 people, so I don'd know the logistics of such a large  feast!
