My Mongolian friend Kerjie and I keep talking about how if we could get
USDA approved horsemeat, we'd give it a shot. Much to the dismay of
other equestriennes ;). But then Kerjies persona is supposed to eat
marmots too ;)

Is there an USDA regulation which says you can't sell horse meat in
the U.S.? Or is it just that because of low demand you can usually
find it at your local, neighborhood grocery store?

What are marmots? Are they small, furry fox or mink like creatures
often raised for fur, rather than meat?
