It sounds like a lot of work, but I can't see why it's any more 
dangerous to stuff sausage with a horn than a funnel. My mom stuffed 
sausage with a funnel, and some people in my local group did too, the 
night before the feast, because there had been a miscommunication about 
preparation for the sausage.
