Has anyone ever figured out why he serves everything with an egg on top? Does he own a chicken ranch? Or is he Japanese?
 
I don't mind the egg thing so much on The Dotch Show (Japanese) because it gives me an insight into Japanese taste, but Flay is just toooo boring...
