It took me YEARS to find an appropriate copy of the old Fanny Farmer 
cookbook that my mother had. Most people still have to rely on Cook's 
Illustrated for pictures of the different cuts of meat.

Rombauer & Becker was a fun read, but my redneck background shows in my 
loyalty to Fanny Farmer.
