[Sca-cooks] spice storage

My parents gave me an Amish cabinet made by Schrock twenty years ago..
It's called a * *Swing-Out Pantry. I am sure that there
are smaller units but mine measures 7 feet tall by 3 feet wide.
Most people use these to store all their canned goods and
dry goods. Mine holds the spices, flavourings, exotic ingredients,
etc. It holds everything you mention from 'glass jars, plastic Penzey's
bags,
small plastic jars (Penzey's and otherwise), large Penzey's glass jars,
and a
few random boxes'. The upper shelves hold molds and cake pans.
It works but the idea that that it takes a 7 foot by 3 foot cabinet
to hold mostly spices is rather laughable.
