thank you!
i love to teach spinning. its so fun to watch people get big eyes as they
turn the ball of fluff into YARN! wow. i made Yarn!
and since i have a standard "knitting for geeks" lecture, i have more fun
teaching knitting now.
yes, garlic allergies make vaccum big time. (not lethal, but really icky..
and may escalate)
it seems to be a sulfur compound of some kind, since i am also allergic to
Cigarette smoke (lethally) and raw onions (not lethal).
cooking the onions dead makes them safe.
garlic is tolerable only in amounts so small as to be negligable..
and i married a man who made his own pasta sauce!
(it took us months to figure out the pattern to my getting sick. after all,
i ate pasta at home all the time, and never got sick. right, i ate ragu,
over ground beef.. not made from tomatoes with sauteed onions and garlic
and Mmmmmmmmm.)
