Well, Stefan, as soon as I have some good public information for you,
I'll get it to you. As I mentioned before, we're waiting for Shawn's
report, which was delayed due to circumstances beyond anyone's
control. I DO know more than I'm saying now, because I have had some
private discussions I'm not at liberty to share. The basic problem
appears to be extremely poor communications, leading to various
misunderstandings that were NOT the fault of the Chirurgeonate,
although we've been taking the brunt of the blame, and been victims of
the inevitable rumors and exagerations that fill any information
vacuum.
The situation WILL be resolved, although it may eventually not be to
the liking of certain parties, but we can't do anything until the
Official Report is out.
Meantime, I'm likely angrier than I've been since I was a kid and got
my mouth washed out with soap because someone else was cussing, but
I'm trying very hard to keep things calm until I can help nail the
appropriate yammerheads.
With luck, the situation will be resolved to the greater benefit of
the SCA and any future persons in need of First Aid, but it may well
be a rough road getting there. Meantime, my favorite hammers have new
handles ;-)

Repent as necessary.
Has anyone seen my temper?
I seem to have misplaced it at Stalag XXXV....
