Shoot, ma, it's a Dutch Baby.  Complete with a tart fruit as a topping! ;o)
Okay, so I'm being a goofball, but that's sure what it looks like to me.
--maire, very fond of them with a squeeze of lemon and a sprinkle of
(powdered) sugar...
