wow, this sound alot like the ruzzige cake from one of the german sources! cheese, a 
bit of egg, some breadcrumbs and a lot of parsley and sage, baked on a "leaf of 
dough" (IIRC)

tasty as heck, the boys call it "pizza bread" :)
