[Sca-cooks] Indian Pudding

Our family has traditionally used the recipe for the "deluxe" pudding on  the 
package of dried "Cope's" corn.  I don't think this is available  
nationwide...but it is very well known in Amish parts of the country.  It's  just a tiny 
box of dried white shoepeg corn with several recipes on the  box.   I remember 
that when we lived in central Michigan, my mother  had to send it to me from 
central PA.
